Display date instead of day beside d time on d menu/tool bar

hi. id like 2 know if theres a way 2 display d date instead of d day beside d time on d menu/tool bar on d upper-right corner of d screen. is there an app/util that can do that? tnx in advance. :)

What version of OSX are you using?

It doesn't work on my MBP under 10.4.8

same identicle setup... MBP w/ 10.4.8

make sure and pay attention to the part about showing short/medium/long as that makes a difference.

took me a second to figure out but it worked out perfect. thank you I can now get rid of my widget as well :thumb:
